Conveyor Line.
Our conveyor line features a 4 stage washing system with the latest in environmentally friendly pretreament solutions.
We’re committed to making the right investments in our equipment that will allow us to better serve our customers today and well into the future. Most recently we’ve purchased all new GEMA powder guns.
Our working envelope on the line is 3’ wide by 6’ tall, by 11’ long.
Batch.
In our batch area we process many of the bigger jobs that we get from customers. It’s also where the custom and short run color jobs are processed. We run box feed and hoppers depending on the powder/job.
Our batch oven is 10’ wide by 8’ tall by 22’ deep.
